A Tale of Temporal Milestones

Where did we leave off? That GOD is the WORLD, and it is ETERNAL. In what way, then, can this Perpetual Motion Machine exist, considering that it is almost the only possible one, if it is possible at all.

---

The question arises: is there in the world any known, sufficiently studied ETERNAL SYSTEM?

Imagine, such a system exists! It is the virtual “particle/antiparticle” pair, now appearing, now disappearing in the vacuum, thanks to fluctuations of the eternal physical field itself, by means of annihilation.

Everyone knows that matter and energy are capable of transforming into one another.

There is no formula in the world more famous than Einstein’s equation, which reflects these transformations. It is hard to find a person who has never heard that “e equals m c squared.”

The relation describes the mutual reincarnations of mass and energy, asserting that energy is equivalent to mass multiplied by the square of the speed of light. And if the energy, God forbid, is negative, then the mass will be negative as well, since the speed of light is present squared.

The process of annihilation is the only way for matter to pass completely into radiation. More precisely, for matter and antimatter to pass into radiation and back. Because annihilation requires the presence of antipodes - quantities of one modality, but with opposite signs.

The term “annihilation” (nihil - nothing) is used to designate the phenomenon in which a particle and its corresponding antiparticle “disappear,” turning into photons or still lighter quanta of an electromagnetic or other field. Pair creation is the reverse process, in which, as a result of the interaction of physical fields, a particle and an antiparticle arise simultaneously. It is appropriate here to recall that field quanta (energy-bearing particles) can serve as antipodes to themselves, and are therefore suitable for annihilation.

Because of the “repetition of the large in the small,” mutually annihilating antipodes may be either quite “elementary” or infinitely complex: from quarks to universes. The Big Bang (also the Big Crunch) is also the most ordinary annihilation of matter with antimatter. Only the scale of the phenomenon differs.

Naturally, the interval of time between annihilations is the greater, the higher the complexity of the structures participating in this infinite cyclic process.

In the case of whole worlds (the universe and the anti-universe), these are long billions of years.

---

The total sum of all parameters in antipodes is always pairwise equal to zero, since the physical categories of each of the mirror copies have opposite signs.

Geneva physicists consider studies of antimatter a penetration into another mathematical universe, where everything positive becomes negative, and left becomes right.

But one ought to say - INTO ANOTHER PHYSICAL REALITY. Into a world where, according to the rule of CPT symmetry, space, its curvature, time, and other indicators acquire the minus sign characteristic of the “looking-glass world.”

Mass in the symmetrical reality is represented by the square of tachyonic, imaginary mass. (Taking into account the baryonic mass familiar to us of the same modulus - “three quarks for Mister Mark” have begun to glimmer).

But an imaginary number, raised to the square, gives a negative number; that is, at the moment of the “Big Bang,” the mutually annihilating quantities easily acquire strictly opposite signs, otherwise they would be summed rather than zeroed out.

Accordingly, energy is negative in the anti-world as well, including entropy, since time flowing backward means the inevitable reversibility of entropic processes and cause-and-effect relationships. Negative entropy is information, according to the definition of Brillouin, not often mentioned in “broad circles of narrow specialists.”

How can such a dual system be represented mathematically?

It is not difficult, for the aggregate, in particular, of masses for complete copies-antipodes is equal to zero.

---

It has long been known (algebra is smarter than the natural scientist) that zero is a complex number, containing real and imaginary parts.

The imaginary unit is denoted by the symbol “i,” and in the first power it is the square root of minus one, while when raised to the second power - “I^2” (“i” squared), it is equated to minus one.

Therefore THE FORMULA OF EVERYTHING:

0 = Nothing = x-x = x +(- x) = x + (-1) (x) = x + (i^2)(x) = Something

In the case of the annihilative interaction of worlds, instead of “x” one may insert the sum of all baryonic mass of the universe, for example. One may use the left or right side of Einstein’s equation... however, the modulus of the quantity as such is not important at all, as long as one does not forget the corresponding exact antipode.

But “SOMETHING,” with regard to universal scales, is a synonym for the word “EVERYTHING.”

Even if there are many pairs of such worlds (out of respect for old Occam, they can be neglected), the principle does not change:

self-sufficient and eternal is the dual, dialectically contradictory essence.

The chief prerequisite, the indispensable condition of eternity, is the presence of antipodes.

The physical world is eternal according to the Law of Conservation precisely because, in addition to the material Universe, it includes an imaginary (“virtual”) component - the ANTI-UNIVERSE consisting of antimatter.

Why is the thought of an anti-universe, which occurred to scientists more than once, no longer popular?

It was rejected on the grounds that even the seemingly most perfect optical instruments were for a long time unable to register its objects. The patience of learned men snapped.

But how could it happen that, even after dark matter was discovered, they did not return to the hypothesis of the anti-universe?

Quantum mechanics speaks of negative mass, superluminal velocities, and the like in passing, furtively, and with a guilty look.

Compromised and ridiculed, the idea of a CPT-symmetric anti-world “is in the air” and... awaits its hour.

---

“Dark,” visually unregistered matter is precisely accumulations of supposedly “disappeared” antimatter. The antipodes are separated solely by the barrier of velocities, and the speed of objects abiding in negative time is superluminal. “When you fly much faster than light, you will reach the goal at seven in the morning - yesterday.”

In general and on the whole, EVERYTHING THAT EXISTS is INFORMATION, with its inherent binary code.

Yes, yes, one and zero. But taking into account the complexity of zero, which makes it possible to employ imaginary and negative numbers, extremely necessary in order to describe the metamorphoses of that one fundamental essence whose existence Lee Smolin suspects.

A system claiming completeness is necessarily contradictory, and it is naive to suppose that it can be described within the bounds of, say, exclusively positive numbers of the natural sequence. Therefore, when applying renormalization, think of a yellow monkey!

The cybernetic system “ALL THAT EXISTS” is possible, first, in the form of an information field, dual, naturally (a measure of chaos is nothing other than a measure of order with the opposite sign).

Second, it may represent any other energy field whose quanta act as their own antipodes.

And finally, the energy of annihilation may be realized in gradually developing and then slowly involuting structural elements of antipodal worlds.

The process lasts until the next annihilation, and the whole cycle repeats “ad infinitum.” Information, therefore, is a kind of “genetic matrix of the world.”

Well, how can one not recall the “double helix of DNA” of inconsolable Avery?

---

The most meticulous have long been racking their brains over where the antiparticles went. The primary universe teemed with pairs of antipodes. The process of annihilation clearly did not take place: the material world - here it is! Moreover, if we try hard, we can even extract from nonbeing, well, let us say, antihydrogen. “Know-how”!

Therefore the correct answer is: we do not see the gopher, but it is there! Antimatter is hiding from us somewhere.

Let us stir our brains.

We see only the light that has reached the “rods and cones.”

To get from a light source to the receptors of the retina, photons require some time. Every flash (emission of photons) is registered later than it occurred. Therefore, the motion of photons, and of everything in general in the direction from “event” to “observer,” takes place from the past into the future (the normal flow of time).

But movement away from the observer is directed backward - into the past, that is.

Movement from the future into the past can occur either with a decrease in the modulus of positive numbers or with an increase in the modulus of negative numbers, depending on the value of the initial moment of time.

With a negative increment of the positive modulus, subluminal speed makes it possible to register only compression, the slowing of positive time.

At the speed of light, the negative increment “levels out” the entire course of positive time. Time is zeroed out, stops. Energy-bearing particles “spin their wheels” in time and, demonstrating wave properties, multiply.

Do you guess what will happen to superluminal objects? Exactly! Time for superluminal objects is always with a minus sign, and therefore they are cosmic invisibles.

---

To reject negative time with its transcendent velocities is equivalent to rejecting the theory of relativity.

Einstein himself bears some guilt for the emergence of such an incident, having once declared: “since all our experience gives no evidence of a violation of cause-and-effect relations, the impossibility of superluminal velocities may be considered proven, despite the fact that the existence of a signal-transmission mechanism in which the effect precedes the cause contains no logical contradictions.”

And only the obstinate Gell-Mann, author of the “law of conservation of strangeness,” gloomily grumbled in reply: “Everything that is not forbidden is mandatory!” Honor and praise to the stubborn man!
